Games: Moving Desktop Adoption

Vikas Gupta, CEO & President of Transgaming Technologies, makes an excellent case on why games need to be taken more seriously under Linux. Game availability is a desktop adoption issue, pure and simple. I can't count the number of people who tell me that they keep a dual-boot environment strictliy because of games, let alone those who refuse to even try Linux if they can't bring their games with them.
Me, I just tend to feel deprived. If I can't play a PC game Linux, I just don't play it. Makes me creative in hunting things down that I can play, though!
